Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On December 10, 2020, the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) because the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock had been at least $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days. Accordingly, the matter, which was previously disclosed on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 4, 2020, is now closed.
