(1) The stock options vest as follows: (i) 1/4 vested on September 21, 2019 and the remaining 3/4 vest in twelve equal quarterly installments on the last day of March, June, September, and December commencing December 31, 2019 and continuing through September 21, 2022, provided that the Reporting Person continues to be a consultant of the Issuer on each applicable vesting date.
