Notes Payable - Shareholder	NOTE 10 - Notes Payable – Shareholder . This amount is due to our former Executive Vice President for advances made to the Company, bears interest at a weighted average rate of approximately 10% and is due on demand. On September 10, 2013, as part of the settlement agreement, the Company paid the shareholder $1,052,500 as consideration for all the shareholder notes payable (see Note 15).
